What We Do
Avand brings together three integrated capabilities to serve cafés, restaurants, retailers, and distributors.
Block 1 — Avand Café Branches
We design and operate café–pastry–restaurant concepts built on fresh ingredients, thoughtful recipes, and consistent guest experience.
Block 2 — Production Workshops
Our production workshops develop and scale baked goods, desserts, sandwiches, beverages, signature syrups, and ready-to-serve items—built for both in-house service and B2B supply.
Block 3 — Trade & Supply
Through an integrated sourcing network, we trade and supply selected food products and raw materials from Iran and the region to our partners.
Avand works closely with producers and partners across Iran, especially in Gilan, Khorasan, Azerbaijan and surrounding regions.
Through our network we access:

• Nuts, dried fruits, and other key inputs
We use these origins to build finished products—and, where relevant, to connect international buyers directly to the source
